We operate under a remote-first model, giving you full flexibility to work from anywhere in Brazil. For those who enjoy in-person moments, we offer access to our office in São Paulo and partner coworking spaces. About the Team & The Challenge
At QuintoAndar, Product Managers are at the core of our strategy, using technology and innovation to solve complex real-world problems and help people love where they live. We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead high-impact workstreams and shape the future of our ecosystem. You will be responsible for driving the product vision, prioritizing big bets, and ensuring execution flows smoothly in a fast-paced, scale-up environment, directly impacting our transition into an AI-First company. Your Responsibilities Shape and execute the product vision and quarterly roadmap, translating complex business and user problems into scalable product solutions. Lead a cross-functional squad—integrating engineering, design, data, and operations—to ensure seamless execution and high-quality deliveries. Deep dive into execution and data, kicking off discovery streams, validating hypotheses, and testing new approaches before scaling. Influence business strategy and coordinate cross-company initiatives, managing complex stakeholder relationships and aligning expectations with senior leadership. Act as a role model for product excellence, bringing market insights, raising the bar for decision-making, and occasionally coaching more junior product team members. What We Are Looking For (Requirements) Solid product track record: proven experience as a Product Manager designing, building, and delivering high-impact, end-to-end digital solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: you are data-driven, comfortable navigating complex metrics, and capable of taking bold decisions based on factual data. Exceptional stakeholder management: demonstrated ability to gather inputs, handle pushbacks, and influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders. User-centric mindset: ability to uncover real user requirements (even the unarticulated ones) and advocate for the best experience. Fast-pace resilience: comfortable working with aggressive timelines and making quick adjustments in a fast-changing, high-growth environment. Nice to Haves Previous background in highly analytical positions, such as strategy consulting, data science, or operations, combined with hands-on product experience. Experience working on complex marketplaces, platform foundations, or AI-centric products. Advanced or fluent English skills.
