In this role, you will be the technical engine behind our data-driven Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. You will design and implement workflows that automate our reporting ecosystem, ensuring that our sales teams have the insights they need to succeed without the manual overhead. As a member of Central Ops, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution, working across a sophisticated tool stack to solve real-world operational challenges. Location: Must be based within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York
Responsibilities:
Execute Technical Builds: Perform the technical work required to build within and across our core tools (such as BigQuery, Matik, Clay, Gong, and others) to achieve automated reporting objectives. Lead the design and development of data models and robust pipelines. Collaborate: Work with sales and business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and deliver actionable insights. Align with Business Metrics: Act as a technical partner to ensure all reporting builds align with measurable business objectives, such as "saving Account Managers time". Establish Governance: Work with Product Owners to define and implement best practice "recipes" for tool usage and reporting consistency across the organization. Drive Technical innovation Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring the integrity and reliability of our data foundations and advocate for new technologies and processes that enhance our data platform.

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, data engineering, or a related field. Experience with SQL and relational databases. You should be able to write complex, performant queries and understand query optimization. Strong programming skills: Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Go) for building data pipelines and automation. Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose root causes and evaluate tradeoffs. Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and independently structure complex problems into clear recommendations and data driven solutions that are understood by both technical builders and business stakeholders. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution; this role requires an owner, not a coordinator.
