The posting, in Red Ventures's own words
archived Sep 13, 2026For over 15 years, The Points Guy (TPG) has helped millions of travelers turn everyday spending into extraordinary experiences. Our readers are loyalty enthusiasts who have learned to stretch every dollar further, unlocking trips, upgrades and experiences they never thought were within reach. TPG is entering an exciting new chapter, evolving our brand and product experience to better serve our users and drive meaningful growth. Understanding the TPG user and successfully delivering on what they value sits at the heart of TPG's success. As part of this evolution, we’re building our first in-house UX Research team and looking to hire a Senior UX Researcher. This role is designed for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, knows how to bring structure to ambiguity, and excels at turning insights into strategic recommendations. As an early member of the team, you will help establish strong research execution standards, set a high bar for research quality, and represent the voice of the user to the broader TPG team. You will report to the Director of UX Research and partner closely with them on shaping and scaling the research practice as it grows. For The Points Guy website click here .
