This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our Charlotte, NC headquarters (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays each week. Our product organization transforms clients’ customer acquisition, retention, and operations through AI and ML. We are seeking a Group AI Product Manager to own digital for one of our largest clients. In this role, you will lead a team designing, building, deploying, and scaling AI-native products and agentic workflows that materially improve our client’s economics. You will translate partner objectives, business strategy, and experimentation insights into clear product roadmaps, while working directly with client stakeholders to shape solutions, align on priorities, and guide key product decisions. We expect this leader to be deeply technical, analytically rigorous, and relentlessly curious. You should bring a strong grasp of data science practices, the ability to find signal in ambiguity, and the judgment to identify where AI can create meaningful value within the broader partner strategy. You are comfortable operating close to the details, solving complex analytical and technical problems, and being hands-on when needed to drive our hardest challenges. This role will have significant visibility across our client services division. You will work closely with senior leaders across product, technology, and client teams and serve as a credible strategic partner to the client on the products you lead. You will bring strong product judgment, help stakeholders navigate complex decisions, and build confidence in the path from opportunity to measurable business impact.

Commercially grounded: You bring an entrepreneurial mindset paired with strong commercial instincts, identifying where value can be unlocked and the levers that drive measurable improvements in business outcomes, connecting product decisions to both near-term value and long-term strategy Relationship-driven: You build durable relationships with client counterparts and internal leaders, understanding their motivations and constraints, and using these partnerships to shape decisions, secure alignment, and accelerate impact Technical fluency: You have a strong technical and data foundation that enables you to collaborate effectively with engineers and data scientists, understand relevant algorithms, translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, and leverage modern AI tools to accelerate product development Customer centric: High-level of customer empathy with the ability to diagnose the core of the problem. You have a great taste for UX and design to help bring solutions to life Deeply curious: You have a genuine drive to understand how the world is changing and how emerging AI capabilities can be applied in practice. You invest time in staying close to new developments, forming clear opinions on what makes systems effective, and bringing that perspective into product strategy, team leadership, and execution

Experiences You've Had:

End-to-end ownership: Experience driving AI/ML products from concept through iteration, guiding a team through delivery, and owning the outcomes and business impact of the work Driving complex decision-making: Experience influencing cross-functional leaders, navigating competing priorities, and making high-impact product decisions in ambiguous, fast-paced environments Built from experience: You’ve worked hands-on with production-grade AI systems, whether evaluating model behavior, running analyses (sql, python), building agents, or optimizing data pipelines, giving you the practical grounding to lead teams and make informed technical decisions Partner engagement: Experience serving as a strategic partner to stakeholders or clients, leading discovery conversations, validating opportunities, and aligning teams around shared goals People leader: Managed junior product managers (or adjacent roles) with direct responsibility for their development and success

Compensation:

Total Cash Compensation Range: $185,000-$230,000 This role is eligible for a target bonus, which is included in the Total Cash Compensation Range above. This role is also eligible for Equity, which is offered separately from the Total Cash Compensation Range listed above. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.
