About the role
Roku is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of complex, high-visibility programs across The Roku Channel and Premium Subscriptions product areas. In this role, you will lead cross-functional coordination across engineering, product, design, and quality assurance teams to align diverse stakeholders toward shared goals on the Cloud TV platform and Content Tools. You will own program schedules, deliverables, and metrics while proactively identifying and mitigating technical, operational, and organizational risks. Success in this role requires a strong ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities without direct authority, and escalate critical issues with context and proposed solutions. You will play a key part in shaping how Roku delivers world-class streaming experiences to millions of users globally. For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $164,900 - $299,400 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.
