What does the team work on?
The Ad Partner Solutions (APS) team at Roku is the critical bridge between our advertising technology platform and the ecosystem of measurement, data, and attribution partners that power advertiser success. We enable seamless integrations with industry-leading partners, ensuring that Roku's advertising solutions deliver best-in-class measurement, audience targeting, and campaign optimization capabilities. Our team is responsible for the full lifecycle of partner integrations – from initial scoping and technical implementation through ongoing optimization and strategic expansion. We work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive partner adoption, resolve technical challenges, and unlock new revenue opportunities through data and measurement partnerships.

What is the role?
We are seeking an Ad Partner Solutions Manager – Data & Measurement to own and scale our relationships with measurement, attribution, and data partners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, partnerships, and advertising, with a passion for solving complex integration challenges and driving measurable business impact. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic partners, managing the technical and operational aspects of integrations while identifying opportunities to deepen partnerships and expand Roku's measurement capabilities. Success in this role requires strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. For New York Only - The estimated annual base salary for this position is between $139,900 - $157,800. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.
