What You Will Do
You will be embedded in one of our feature pods, working to deliver well tested, polished and innovative features for our players. We work on exciting projects and you will have the chance to create a significant impact on our players' experiences by ensuring your team has everything they need to be successful! You will: Support live game incidents, including on call hours Be responsible for the End to End feature team’s development pipeline and process Ensure feature development and delivery is timely and of the highest quality Coordinate, prioritize, moderate and control all production activities in the assigned feature team Support the pod in implementing and following Agile/Scrum way of working and thinking Liaise between cross departments as per project and team’s needs Set up effective, concise, clear and efficient communication protocols both inside and outside team Lead process improvement initiatives that will aid in improving feature development or overall production pipeline

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA Annual Salary Range $91,300 — $140,000 USD
