Our model incorporates regenerative ranching and other regenerative land management practices to restore livelihoods and soil health, biodiversity, and water quality. By joining Silicon Ranch, you will be joining a team of experienced and dedicated individuals who have proven time and again that it is indeed possible to not only “make solar do more”, but to make the promise of carbon-free, renewable energy that benefits people right where it comes from a tangible, measurable, and replicable reality. Job Description Position: Manager, Information Technology Location: Nashville, TN
Overview:
The Manager, Information Technology is a hands-on role covering the applications, infrastructure, and security that Silicon Ranch runs on. The company has grown to more than 400 legal entities and over 200 operating projects, and IT has stayed deliberately small. This position adds depth and capacity the team. The work is broad by design. A given week might include administering business applications, building an integration between two systems, resolving an escalated identity or endpoint issue, tuning a security control, automating a manual process, or running a vendor evaluation. Success in the role comes down to knowing the systems, the processes, and the people well enough to pick any of it up on short notice and keep it moving. It calls for someone who works independently, communicates clearly with stakeholders, and uses good judgment with confidential financial and personnel information.
