We’re looking for an exceptional Product Manager to join our AI Transformation team and help reshape how Similarweb operates in the AI era. This is not a traditional product role focused on managing a feature backlog. You’ll work across the organization to identify high-impact business problems and processes, understand how they work today, and determine how AI, agents, automation, data, and software can fundamentally improve them. You’ll take opportunities from problem discovery → prototype → pilot → production → adoption → measurable business impact .
What you'll do
Identify high-impact opportunities for AI transformation across business functions such as Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product. Deeply understand existing workflows, user pain points, bottlenecks, and manual processes. Redesign workflows around AI rather than simply adding AI features to existing processes. Rapidly prototype solutions using LLMs, agents, APIs, automation platforms, and AI-assisted development tools. Work closely with Engineering, Data, business stakeholders, and leadership to turn successful prototypes into scalable products and systems. Define clear success metrics and measure business impact, including productivity, automation, conversion, quality, cost savings, and revenue impact. Run pilots with real users, learn quickly, and iterate based on data and feedback. Evaluate when we should build, buy, integrate, or automate rather than defaulting to building software internally. Drive adoption and organizational change - not just product delivery. Stay close to developments in AI and continuously identify new capabilities that can create meaningful business value.
