What you’ll build
Since 2018, we have delivered the most trusted AI systems operating in real-world use cases—providing a layer of assurance underneath hundreds of deployed models that monitors performance, manages drift, and sustains systems long after they leave the lab. As a Junior Software Engineer, you will be a core contributor to the direction of the company. We’re looking for engineers with a product mindset who are eager to write quality software, solve meaningful problems, and grow their technical skills within an experienced engineering team. We’re looking for people who are excited about our central development themes: Everything as Code Cloud-neutral development User-centric design Hexagonal, event-driven, microservices architecture Optimizing, deploying, and refining AI models and algorithms

What we’re looking for
A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or completion of a software development boot camp and 0–2 years of relevant professional experience Strong programming fundamentals and proficiency in Python, Go, or another general-purpose programming language Knowledge of standard tooling: tools, Git, and exposure to or Kubernetes Familiarity of database design and architecture: relational and non-relational Familiarity with cloud architecture concepts Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and an eagerness to learn Due to the nature of this role, candidates must be a US person (a US citizen, a US national, or a Green Card holder)
