About Toast
Our focus is on building the restaurant platform that helps restaurants adapt, take control, and get back to what they do best: building the businesses they love. And because our technology is purpose-built for restaurants, by restaurant people, restaurants can trust that we’ll deliver on their needs for today while investing in experiences that will power their restaurant of the future. We build experiences that help make operating and growing a restaurant and delighting guests easier and scalable. It’s why tens of thousands of restaurant locations love Toast.

About The Roll
You'll own the design of Toast's Marketing Tools: the surfaces restaurants use to reach guests, run campaigns, and understand what's working. This work sits as the foundation for our agentic marketing products, so the tools you design will increasingly be operated by, and alongside, AI agents. Restaurant operators are busy and rarely marketers by training, so the bar is a consumer-grade experience that gets them results without a manual. You'll join the Guest Design team, which covers Digital Storefront, Marketing, and related agentic surfaces. You'll partner with a PM, an engineering lead, and designers working on CRM, Websites, Online Ordering, and the agentic teams that make life easier for restaurant operators. You'll set direction for Marketing Tools rather than take it as a spec. You'll also help shape how we measure whether the work is succeeding. This is a growth role. You'll work on a mature set of tools with room to redefine them for an agent-assisted future, with direct exposure to senior design and product leadership. This is a remote role, preferably located on the east coast. We collaborate across U.S. and Ireland time zones, with occasional travel for team and planning sessions.
