SEASONAL RETAIL STAFF MEMBER The Seasonal Retail Staff Member will work closely with our Taproom General Manager, Hospitality Manager, Assistant Hospitality Managers and the rest of our exceptional team to help make the Tree House experience the best experience the industry has to offer for the 2026 holiday season. This opportunity promises an invigorating and exciting environment where good work is done so we always look for flexibility and a sense of humor in addition to other valuable traits like intent, hard work, and good communication skills. This position is Seasonal ending January 1, 2027, based in Charlton, MA, and requires consistent weekend availability throughout the holiday season. The starting base rate for this position is $20/hour, untipped . Compensation is only one component of the total rewards package, as this role is eligible for participation in the company bonus program and a robust perks package. As a Seasonal Retail Staff Member, you will be responsible for the following: Delivering exceptional customer service throughout all interactions with guests at Tree House Can sales, checkout operation and order fulfillment; receiving orders, packing orders and delivering finished orders to the guest Can loading and restocking, for replenishment of can table Greeting guests and assisting them with any questions regarding their visit at Tree House Cash register responsibilities Organizing and assisting with merchandise, including inventory counts Keeping all aspects of the facility clean, including collecting and washing glassware and removing and properly disposing of trash both inside and outside the facility. Other retail related tasks as needed Perks and Benefits! Applicant Requirements:

Relevant experience in a fast-paced retail environment Refined and educated beer palate Impeccable communication and customer service skills You are self-motivated and able to work autonomously, with a focused and hardworking attitude A quick learner who is able to work with minimal or no supervision Ability to multitask and work coolly and professionally in time sensitive situations Ability to troubleshoot issues and/or pivot plans quickly in order to coordinate corrective actions needed Demonstrated meticulous attention to detail in processing payments Able to push, pull, bend, and lift up to 50lbs consistently and be on your feet standing/walking for the majority of your shift Flexible schedule and a willingness to work nights and weekends as needed to ensure coverage and that retail needs are met At Tree House, we work as a team and we work very hard. . . with purpose and intent.
