The role
Do you want to design digital experiences that truly make a difference – for users, clients, and society? Valtech Sweden is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who thrives at the intersection of design, technology, and business – and who brings practical experience working with AI in digital products. At Valtech, we combine design, technology, and business to create experiences that truly matter. You will be part of a strong, collaborative community and work on projects where quality, innovation, and user value are at the core. As a UX/UI Designer you will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to create user-centric, scalable, and business-driven digital solutions. You will work across both UX and UI, moving seamlessly from insight and structure to high-quality, implementation-ready design. Role responsibilities Drive UX and UI work from concept to final delivery Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces Own and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and scalability Design user experiences where AI is a meaningful and integrated component Ensure clarity, usability, and trust in AI-related interactions and flows Collaborate closely with Product Owners and client stakeholders Work with developers in agile teams to ensure designs are implementation-ready Facilitate and contribute to workshops with clients and internal teams
