The role
As a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Technical Lead , you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 8+ YEARS of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.

A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) Role responsibilities Define and own the target SFCC architecture (cartridges, SFRA controllers/pipelines, OCAPI/SCAPI usage, composable storefront services) in line with the applicative architecture Translate roadmap items (checkout revamp, hyper-personalization, PLP/PDP review, digital product passport, cross-border commerce) into technical solution designs Lead and review development delivered by SFRA and PWA/composable developers, enforcing coding standards, performance and security best practices Own integration design between SFCC and PSP, tax/fraud, PIM, DAM, OMS/ERP and search providers via the middleware layer Produce and validate technical estimates and impact analyses for evolutions and projects, including performance, security and multi-locale/cross-border considerations Own environment strategy: sandbox/staging management, release pipelines, and performance/monitoring tooling Perform code/design reviews before releases, ensuring quality gates, load/performance testing and security compliance are respected Mentor developers and contribute to Division-level design authority and technical communities Provide technical leadership during peak trading events (product launches, promotional campaigns, seasonal sales)
