The Opportunity Valtech is looking for a Business Development Executive to help drive our continued growth across the MENA region. You thrive at the intersection of strategy, design, technology, data, and AI-driven digital solutions. You understand the consultancy world because you have been part of it. Whether in B2B or B2C environments, you know how to identify business challenges and shape and position our digital solutions and services to make a real impact. You are not just a seller—you are a trusted advisor, capable of guiding clients through transformation journeys that touch every part of their business. You will lead the charge in acquiring new enterprise clients, driving strategic conversations across industries such as Retail, T&H, Financial Services, Public Sector, and more. Working with leading regional clients, you will play a key role in scaling Valtech’s presence across the region, with a primary focus on the UAE. Backed by the One Valtech global delivery model, you will collaborate with global SMEs and Delivery Centers to shape compelling, door-opening propositions and conversations that lead to qualified new opportunities. You will be part of the MENA GDU team (Growth & Delivery Unit) and will report to the VP of GDU. GDU is a unique unit comprising marketing and growth and delivery leadership roles. Your primary goal will be to proactively identify qualified leads and opportunities within our target sectors and work with the Demand Generation team to turn unqualified leads into qualified opportunities. Once you open the door to a prospective client, you can count on the full support of MENA’s GDU team throughout the proposal and pitch process through to close.
Role Responsibilities:
Represent Valtech as a go-to-market leader and consultative sales partner in MENA. Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy focused on acquiring net new clients across key sectors. Take ownership of the full end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, solution design, pitch, and closure. Leverage existing networks and contacts to build key new business relationships and continue expanding your network. Drive a high-quality pipeline through outbound efforts, inbound leads, partner referrals, and your own network. Collaborate with the regional marketing and demand generation team to support lead generation activities and campaigns. Work closely with Valtech’s strategic technology partners in the region, including Optimizely and Sitecore, as well as hyperscalers such as Google, to identify and close co-sell opportunities. Accurately manage forecasting and pipeline activity using Salesforce CRM. Stay up to date with Valtech case studies, capabilities, and the evolving digital services landscape. Actively participate in networking events, industry forums, and partner activations across the region. Support accurate revenue forecasting by providing a well-balanced and realistic view of the opportunity pipeline.

Must Have Experience/Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development or sales within a digital agency or consulting environment. Experience selling complex, multi-year engagements across digital experience, strategy, data, and technology solutions and services. An existing network in MENA, ideally including enterprise decision-makers and C-level contacts, is a strong advantage. Confident leading consultative sales conversations and delivering compelling business cases. Comfortable owning and delivering on multi-million revenue targets. Strong knowledge of MENA industry landscapes, particularly in T&H, Retail, Financial Services, and the Public Sector. Personal drive to get things done right and fast, with the ability to adapt to change with urgency. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally. Ability to influence and engage with senior executives and cross-functional teams. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Arabic is not essential but would be a strong advantage.
