The role
As a Lead Developer - Sitecore , you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 6+ YEARS of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.
You will thrive in this role if you are:
A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) Role responsibilities Develop and customise Sitecore XP (9 or 10) solutions using .NET (8/10), C#, and MVC.NET. Implement and optimise search functionality using Solr, including indexing and query tuning. Manage source control, builds, and releases using Azure DevOps (Git repositories and Pipelines). Write unit and integration tests using NUnit/xUnit within Visual Studio, and maintain code quality. Use AI-assisted coding tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code) to improve productivity, with appropriate code review and human oversight. Take part in code reviews, technical design discussions, estimation, and sprint ceremonies . Troubleshoot and resolve defects across development, test, and production environments. Document solutions and support junior team members through knowledge sharing.
