The role
As a AEM Developer / Senior Developer , you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 4+ YEARS of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.
You will thrive in this role if you are:
A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) Role responsibilities Develop AEM components, templates, services, and integrations using Java, OSGi, and Sling Models on AEM 6.5 and AEMaaCS. Build and optimize EDS blocks and author experiences using Universal Editor and modern JavaScript. Implement headless solutions using Content Fragments, GraphQL, and REST APIs; build React-based frontends. Develop serverless extensions and integrations with Adobe App Builder and Adobe I/O; contribute to AEM Mesh/App Mesh implementations. Configure and manage AEM Sites, Assets, and Dynamic Media (renditions, presets, delivery). Support migrations: refactor legacy code for Cloud Service compatibility, use the AEM Modernization Agent and other tooling where applicable, and validate output. Build and maintain pipelines (Cloud Manager and Git-based workflows); write unit and integration tests. Participate in design discussions and peer code reviews; mentor junior developers. Troubleshoot defects and performance issues across environments; work with QA, architects, and the Lead on delivery. Document technical designs, component behaviour, and runbooks.
