The role
Please note, we are only accepting applicants from Montreal for this role. Fluency in English is necessary because the position entails collaboration with teams based in the rest of Americas and occasionally in Europe. We are looking for a Practice Director, PXM to own the technical vision, delivery excellence, and business growth of our Product Experience Management practice. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team of architects, developers, and business consultants, helping ambitious brands design, build, and scale product data platforms. The role focuses on the Americas, with regular collaboration with teams in Europe. You bring 10+ years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.

A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) Role responsibilities Define architecture patterns and best practices for Akeneo and inRiver, from data modeling to integration with ERP, commerce, DAM, and syndication. Lead the practice’s approach to AI-driven enrichment, data quality, and automation. Oversee delivery of implementations and migrations, and act as the technical escalation point. Support sales on every front: pursuits, estimation, proposals, and upsell, and work with our partner manager on vendor relationships. Mentor and grow the team, and build playbooks, accelerators, and reusable assets.
