At Valtech, we believe the best experiences emerge when creativity, technology and human understanding come together. AI is changing what we can imagine, how quickly we can make ideas tangible, and even what it means to be a designer. We’re looking for an AI Native Experience Designer who is excited to be part of that change. You’ve built strong foundations in experience, product or interaction design. But as AI has evolved, so has the way you work. You experiment. You make. You use AI not simply to make your existing design process faster, but to explore experiences that weren’t possible before. Maybe you’ve used AI to turn an idea into a working prototype. Maybe you’ve built an agent, experimented with generative interfaces, explored voice or multimodal experiences, or found new ways to move from Figma into functioning front-end code. Whatever your path, you haven’t been watching the AI transformation from the sidelines. You’ve been building with it.
The role
As an AI Native Experience Designer , you’ll work alongside designers, engineers, strategists and clients to imagine and create the next generation of intelligent digital experiences. You’ll combine human-centered design, critical thinking and strong design craft with a growing technical fluency. You’ll explore new interaction patterns enabled by AI, rapidly prototype ideas, test them with people, and help turn the most promising concepts into real experiences. This is deliberately a hybrid role. You don’t need to be a software engineer. But your work doesn’t necessarily stop when the Figma prototype is finished. You’re interested in closing the distance between thinking, designing and making .

What you’ll do
Design compelling AI-native products, services and digital experiences , from early concepts through high-fidelity and functional prototypes. Explore new interaction patterns involving agents, copilots, conversational experiences, generative interfaces and multimodal AI . Translate complex user, technology and business challenges into simple, intuitive experiences. Use AI throughout your design process to research, ideate, create, prototype, test and iterate . Build rich interactive prototypes using Figma and emerging AI-assisted design and development tools. Experiment with tools such as GitHub Copilot, , Cursor, v0, Replit, Lovable, Bolt and whatever comes next . Use AI-enabled development workflows to move from design concepts toward working front-end experiences . Partner closely with engineers to understand technical possibilities and constraints and translate designs into production experiences. Prototype quickly to answer questions that static screens alone can’t answer. Design thoughtfully for the unique characteristics of AI, including uncertainty, transparency, trust, user control and unexpected outputs . Test emerging AI capabilities, understand where they succeed and fail, and translate that understanding into better experiences. Bring ideas to life for clients, helping them see and experience what AI makes possible rather than simply talking about it. Share what you learn and contribute to the evolution of AI-native design practices across Valtech.
