The posting, in Vercel's own words
archived Oct 9, 2026About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience. Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role:
We're looking for a Commercial attorney to join our Legal team. Vercel's deal volume keeps climbing as the company grows, and we need someone who can close deals and build the systems that let the team close more of them, faster. You'll partner with Sales, Partnerships, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams to negotiate contracts with customers, vendors, and partners. Beyond managing a busy deal pipeline, you'll use AI tools to improve processes, playbooks, and programs that boost efficiency and deal velocity as we scale. Depending on interest, you may also work on product development or other projects outside Commercial Legal. You'll report to the Senior Director of Legal, Commercial, and be based in San Francisco with a 3-day/week in-office requirement.
