Our interns are at the forefront of our team, tackling real-world challenges alongside our full-time engineers. Based onsite in our London office, you'll work with cutting-edge, cloud-managed IoT technology, helping our enterprise clients with everything from troubleshooting to system design. What You'll Do
Troubleshoot and Innovate: Solve complex network, hardware, and software issues for the Verkada platform Be an Expert: Provide customers with best practices for system design and integration Communicate with Impact: Clearly explain technical concepts to customers both verbally and in writing Own the Problem: Take charge of customer issues from start to finish, ensuring a successful resolution Team Up: Collaborate with our Engineering and Product teams to test new products and identify bugs Share Knowledge: Create content for our Knowledge Base to help others Hands-on Projects: Get involved with lab testing and various team projects
