About the Role
As a bilingual Sales & GTM Recruiter in our Mexico City office, you will partner with our Sales Leadership team to source, recruit and close talented sales professionals to join our world-class organization. We are one of the fastest growing companies in Silicon Valley and in hyper-growth - our LATAM presence and Mexico City office is scaling quickly! This role is vital to support our aggressive growth plans. Please note that this role is on-site in our Mexico City office; there is no opportunity to be remote or hybrid.

What You'll Do
Own the full recruiting cycle from source to close for IC & leadership roles across Sales and some GTM functions. Strategically and creatively source passive candidates. Partner with our teams to generate candidate referrals. Develop relationships with Sales + GTM leadership to collaborate during the hiring process. Make compelling presentations to all candidates about Verkada and our different GTM organizations. Provide top notch candidate experience while as being a trusted internal business partner to our stakeholders. Work with your RC to manage the interview scheduling. Track and document candidate communications in ATS - Greenhouse. Plan and execute sales recruiting events, some travel required. Have fun and enjoy your contribution to growing an exciting company.
