As the AV Fleet & Supply Operations Manager, you will own end-to-end market supply health, lead and optimize daily depot operations, enforce rigorous vendor performance, and drive continuous process improvements to scale commercial operations safely and cost-effectively. You will:

Strategic Leadership & Vendor Governance: Lead daily depot operations, holding third-party vendor partners to rigorous safety, compliance, and operational SLAs through disciplined shift-level governance. Supply & Demand Planning: Align staffing levels, vehicle turnaround cycles, and depot workflows against active in-service vehicle (ISV) targets to capture market rider demand. Commercialization & Market Expansion: Serve as the primary operational liaison for scaling initiatives across the market, developing operational contingencies and unifying cross-functional partners (Driving Ops, Fleet Maintenance, Infra, GPS). Continuous Process Improvement: Leverage data analytics to monitor market health, eliminate depot bottlenecks, reduce operational drag, and lower operating unit costs. Cross-Functional Partnerships: Build collaborative, high-trust alliances between internal stakeholders and external partners, maintaining a shared commitment to safety and efficiency benchmarks.
