Job Duties :
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of inbound and outbound commercial agreements, including cloud services agreements, license agreements, hosting agreements, partnership agreements, evaluation agreements, IT vendor contracts, non-disclosure agreements, land easing, and staffing contracts. Collaborate with stakeholders on commercial, enterprise, partnership, and strategic agreements in support of Workato’s fast-growing business. Conduct legal research and analysis and distill issues in clear and concise manner for non-attorney stakeholders. Advise regarding legal issues related to business activities. Partial telecommuting permitted from a commutable distance.
Minimum Requirements:
Juris Doctor degree or Master of Law degree and admission to practice law in any jurisdiction (in good standing) 3 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Special Skill Requirements:
Experience conducting legal research and analysis in support of litigation and transactional matters, including risk identification and mitigation strategies (3 years) Experience advising on intellectual property laws, including trademark clearance, registration, and enforcement, and copyright protection (3 years) Experience in regulatory compliance counseling, including trade compliance, corporate governance, consumer protection, and advertising regulations (3 years) Experience negotiating and drafting bilingual (English/Mandarin) commercial agreements, including licensing, distribution, and non-disclosure agreements (3 years) Experience representing clients in commercial litigation, including trade secret, unfair competition, and contract disputes (3 years) Experience advising on data privacy, consumer protection, and cross-border regulatory matters (3 years) Salary: $180,000.00-240,000.00 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. #LI-DNI #LI-DNP
