The posting, in Xometry's own words
archived Oct 12, 2026Xometry (NASDAQ: XMTR) powers the industries of today and tomorrow by connecting the people with big ideas to the manufacturers who can bring them to life. Xometry’s digital marketplace gives manufacturers the critical resources they need to grow their business while also making it easy for buyers at Fortune 1000 companies to tap into global manufacturing capacity. For over 125 years, Thomas has been the definitive resource for industrial buyers and suppliers across North America. Today, thomasnet.com is the leading digital platform for industrial product discovery and supplier selection connecting more than 1.4 million active buyers including engineers, procurement managers, and MRO professionals with over 500,000 North American manufacturers and distributors across 70,000 product categories. No other platform in the industrial space operates at this depth or scale. Thomas Analytics is the data and intelligence function at the heart of that network — owning the analytical infrastructure that connects buyer demand to supplier performance and drives Thomas's growth strategy. Thomas is seeking a Manager or Staff-level Data Analyst, Pricing and Yield Management to manage its supplier-side yield, monetization and pricing analytics practice. This role reports to the Director of Data Engineering and Analytics, based in Bethesda, MD. The person in this role will systematically unlock the revenue that already lives inside the Thomas network, through yield scoring, pricing optimization, keyword monetization, and supplier retention analytics. This is a builder role and a senior partnership role at the same time. You will work directly with our General Manager, Product, Operations and Engineering Directors who run the business on data, serving as the analytical voice in the room, generating insights quickly, and connecting the dots across buyer demand, supplier performance, and revenue trends to drive faster decisions. You are equally comfortable shaping strategy and getting hands-on to build the model or dashboard that makes it real.
