Speech Therapist Clinical Fellowship (CF) Year

21st Century Home Health Services (21HHS) is the fastest-growing home health agency in Northern California. We care for patients across San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Alameda, Contra Costa, Solano, Napa, Yolo, Placer, El Dorado, Sacramento, Marin, and Sonoma counties. There's a reason for that growth. Words like collaboration, teamwork, and productivity stay buzzwords unless the structure, model, and tools make them real. At 21HHS, we've built a model that combines the best of home health with the structure, resources, and support clinicians need to thrive. Our clinical guiding principles are simple: empower, enhance, educate. When clinicians get real support and structure, the results show up in two places at once: patient outcomes and employee satisfaction. We know our clinicians and therapists provide outstanding care because our patients, their families, and their caregivers tell us so. Check out our Yelp and Google reviews. We're proud of this work. We've also set a new benchmark for employee satisfaction in home health. As a Top Workplace, 21HHS supports growth and recognition through open communication and professional development. Feedback from our team on Glassdoor and Indeed backs this up. Our outcomes, low turnover, rapid growth, and high morale speak for themselves. The 21HHS Standard We give you great tools and resources, and a lot of them, plus the support you need to succeed and enjoy your work. In return, we ask that you use those tools to do your job well. When the right mindset meets the right resources, the payoff is real: high job satisfaction, excellent patient outcomes, and earning potential that's hard to match. That's the 21HHS Standard. Please note: All opportunities at 21HHS require being in the field, visiting patients in their homes.
