Position Summary:
Reporting to the Program Manager, Carewest Operational Stress Injury (OSI) Clinic, this position supports research, program evaluation, data analytics, quality improvement, reporting, and administrative activities. The role is responsible for Veterans Affairs Canada reporting, program performance monitoring, and supporting evidence-based mental health service delivery.

Program Summary:
The Carewest OSI Clinic provides specialized mental health assessment and treatment services for current and former Canadian Armed Forces members and RCMP personnel experiencing Operational Stress Injuries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with research, program evaluation, quality improvement and outcome measurement initiatives. • Conduct literature reviews and summarize findings. • Support ethics submissions, research documentation, grant applications and manuscripts. • Analyze clinical, operational and research data and prepare reports, dashboards and presentations. • Maintain databases and perform data extraction, validation, cleaning, analysis, and quality assurance activities. • Coordinate and complete required Carewest OSI Clinic reporting to Veterans Affairs Canada, including wait times, waitlists, service utilization, outcomes and accountability metrics. • Ensure VAC reports are accurate and submitted within established timelines. • Provide regular and ad hoc reports to the Program Manager. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
