What You’ll Do
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing agile team of 5–8 full-stack engineers (.NET Core backend, React frontend). Technical Guidance: Be a highly technical manager. Lead from the front during problem-solving sessions, reviewing architectural designs, and conducting code reviews to ensure robust, secure, and maintainable enterprise-grade code. Delivery & Execution: Maintain a balance between building high-quality products and shipping code fast. Partner with to break down feature specifications and manage sprint priorities.
