What You'll Do
Design and build production systems from the ground up, including scalable backend services, internal and external APIs, and data models that support complex financial workflows. Take full-stack features from concept through architecture, front-end implementation, backend logic, and deployment. Build and extend AI agent-powered workflows that carry out our credit risk operations, from underwriting and risk monitoring to collections and payments. Use modern AI-assisted development tools (such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot) as a natural part of how you build. Contribute to evolving our engineering practices and standards, including code review norms, architecture patterns, and how we integrate AI tooling into our workflow. Participate in code reviews and offer thoughtful, constructive feedback. Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, designers, and product managers to solve complex problems and build products people genuinely enjoy using. Bring a spirit of experimentation to your work, while caring about the quality of what reaches production.
