Maintain accurate and up-to-date information across our ATS and Talent Acquisition databases Advertise open positions and ensure job postings are accurate, consistent, and compliant Support initiatives that strengthen our employer brand Identify opportunities to improve hiring velocity by optimizing scheduling and operational processes Maintain strong data hygiene and identify opportunities for automation and greater efficiency

Who you are:
Experience in an assistant, coordinator, or operational role within a fast-paced environment Good acumen with AI tooling and solutions Excellent organization and attention to detail, with experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders The ability to prioritize effectively and create a structured weekly schedule Confidence using technology and digital tools; familiarity with job boards or applicant tracking systems would be an advantage Strong written and verbal communication skills, ideally developed in a customer- or candidate-facing role A commitment to consistently delivering an excellent experience An outgoing, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach Excitement about becoming a core member of a collaborative, high-performing team
