Authorized to work in the U.S. · 18 years of age or older · 50+ Hour Work Week – Including Evenings and Weekends · Advanced Computer Skills · Mechanical aptitude or knowledge · 4+ years of successful management experience · Highly developed communication skills – bilingual a plus! · Carwash experience to understand industry-specific challenges and opportunities preferred

Responsibilities
Conduct reports on site-specific analytics and issues Participate in nationwide and regional initiatives Drive business for your site of operation Develop your team and manage corrective action Repair minor mechanical issues Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability Resolve all customer and membership issues in a timely manner Recruit and coach team members to ensure company values and customer service expectations are met Manage all fiscal responsibility for site Other duties as assigned
