Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, kitting, and cycle counting. Establish the process to operate and maintain our warehouse equipment in optimum condition through KPIs to ensure continuous improvement in cost, service, quality, and safety. Work closely with other Team Leads and Program/Project Managers to ensure their team stays aligned with Zoox’s overall goals. Manage and mentor 7-10 direct reports to execute and deliver to Zoox’s high standards. Develop and implement the safety guidelines to ensure team safety. Execute second-shift warehouse operations to ensure on-time material delivery to production at efficient cost. Track KPIs against budget and drive corrective actions when performance is off target.
Qualifications:
10+ years of professional work experience in a product-based warehouse or logistics environment 3+ years of experience leading 7-10 direct reports Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) - SAP preferred Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
