Responsibilities
Provide a professional HR support and advice throughout the employee life cycle in the areas of manpower planning, talent acquisition & retention, performance management, employee engagement, rolling out HR and reward policies, projects and best practices propagation Provide day-to-day support to the People Business Partner Team and assigned business units Coordinate the staff engagement survey, including data consolidation and report preparation Assist in facilitating year-end performance appraisal process, promotion and compensation processes Support in organizing employee relations activities Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements
Qualifications, Training and Experience University graduate in Human Resources Management or related discipline At least 2 years’ experience in the Human Resources, preferably with multinational / retail industry / healthcare industry Well versed in Hong Kong employment laws/practices Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Well organized and good interpersonal skills Bupa offers 5 days’ work per week and comprehensive remuneration packages including base salary, study assistance plan, company pension plan, life and medical benefit, dental benefit, annual leave, examination leave, etc. Bupa is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from qualified candidates.
