We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Engineering to join our team. Responsibilities

Prepare and manage departmental staff schedules and oversee daily operations. Organize and supervise preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and timely resolution of technical issues. Monitor spare parts inventory and departmental expenditures, and prepare regular activity reports. Develop and implement departmental procedures and maintenance programs. Plan and coordinate training and staff management activities. Coordinate with external contractors and supervise outsourced work. Collaborate with the Department Head and other Technical Services teams to ensure smooth operations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, hotel policies, SOPs, and brand standards, while promoting continuous learning and team development.
