Responsible for preparing and presenting pest control report for clients. Work in the field, visiting client sites to oversee pest control services, support technicians, and monitor project progress. Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the clients’ satisfaction. Conduct review of service materials, equipment, vehicles and techniques employed with a view to improving productivity and cost effectiveness. Deliver on-site or classroom serve-related training for technicians, sales, or other departments and the customers. Manage and develop the team to improve their performance, report and meet targets. Prepare Quality Assurance reports for Manager review. Handle ad hoc projects assigned by managers. Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager position.
Requirements
Higher Diploma and above, in Biological Sciences or related field Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in quality assurance or related field Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility Detailed minded, well organized and quick response Excellent customer service skills, effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skills Excellent of spoken and written English and Chinese Proficiency in MS office applications
